The government of North Korea’s dictator Kim Jong Il to the would pay a portion of its debt to the Czech Republic. The largely cut off from the global capital market country offers to pay with cash instead of with ginseng. The tuber is used for medical purposes and should do well among other things, memory and libido. Whether the Czech government responds to the offer, is currently uncertain. The fact that North Korea proposed a payment of debts in kind, in fact, has confirmed government spokesman.
With around ten million U.S. dollars in North Korea, the Czech Republic in the Cretaceous, five percent of them want to pay back the communist state now. Zinc on the other hand one could at least make money.
